Abstract

Peri-implant bone levels are influenced by pathologic and non-pathological conditions. Utilizing an etiology-based diagnosis will create a more targeted therapy for the treatment of peri-implant bone loss. The clinician should have an enhanced sense of the predictability of the intervention and prognosis of ailing dental implant.
