Angie Menendez and Cathy Jugovic

Angie Menendez has over 34 years in the Orthodontic field. She can work in any clinical area within an office. Her passions include meeting with New Patients during their initial consultation, assisting and marketing. Angie is bilingual (Spanish) and worked for an Orthodontist for 22 years translating during the New Patient consultations. Angie is very knowledgeable in computers, digital x-rays, SureSmile protocols, i-Cat, I-Tero scanning, Invisalign and Incognito (lingual braces). Angie's expertise is in training the clinical staff in all areas. Angie's detailed orientated photography has also assisted in having outstanding records for the practices that she has worked in. Her passion is helping doctors and staff members create beautiful smiles. 

Cathy Jugovic has over 35 years of experience in the Dental/Orthodontic fields. Cathy started her career as an assistant then moved to the front desk and finally to Office Manager. Cathy has experience in all areas of a dental office whether it's in a General Practice or an Orthodontic Practice. She has experience in small to large office settings. Cathy has only worked for 3 doctors during her career before starting Embrace your Practice Consulting Services with partner Angie. Cathy understands that success will come to a practice if the doctor and staff are happy and motivated. Her strong knowledge in management, collections, proper staffing, systems and protocols set her apart from others.
